Inspired by the classic hip-length jackets of Japan, the Haori is a study in Ma as a roomy hug. It celebrates the beauty of honest, flat geometry, using wide, boxy cuts to create a soft, safe sanctuary of space around the body.

The Haori is defined by its "Square Look"—a low-waist, loose-fit silhouette featuring dramatic 12-inch square sleeves that establish a strong architectural T-shape. By removing traditional curved armholes, the hand-loom fabric is allowed to hang with natural, boxy integrity. Wrapped in a deep Rust Ajrakh print, the design features a hidden "Uchi" band inside the sleeve hem—a contrasting block-print detail that reveals itself in motion, nodding to the storied tradition of layered Japanese attire.
