Refund policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your Earthsongs product. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the guidelines below.

1. Requesting a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

2. Condition for Return/Exchange

For any return or exchange request to be accepted, the product must be in the exact same condition that it was received, unworn/unused, and with all original tags intact.

3. Returns and Exchanges for Errors or Defects (Company Covered Cost)

We accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange if the item delivered is:

  • The wrong product (e.g., incorrect design or item was sent).

  • Defective (e.g., damaged or poor quality upon arrival).

In these specific cases, Earthsongs will fully cover the shipping costs for both the return and the exchange of the product.

Refund (Wrong/Defective Product)
  • If a refund is requested for a wrong or defective product, a full refund will be issued.

  • The refund will be processed within two days of receiving the returned product and after a quality check confirms that the product is indeed wrong or defective.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer during the purchase.

4. Exchanges for Sizing Issues (Customer Covered Cost)

If you encounter a size issue with your ordered product, you may request an exchange for a different size.

In this instance:

  • The exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the original item (as per Section 2).

  • The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us and receiving the replacement size.

5. General Policy Exclusions

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted in any other cases, including but not limited to, a change of mind or subjective preferences regarding color variation.
