What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Earthsongs piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Can I cancel an order?
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at anuja@earthsongs.in with the subject line "CANCELLATION: Order #[Order Number]" so we can catch it in time.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Who made my clothes?
Your garment was crafted by skilled artisans. We work directly with weavers and craft clusters to ensure fair wages and safe, traditional working conditions.
What are the care instructions?
To honor the life of the fabric, we recommend hand-washing in cold water or using a gentle cycle in your machine with a laundry bag. Air dry in the shade to prevent fading. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, which can damage natural fibers.
