Return & Exchange Policy
We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience.
- All our products are co-designed and handcrafted with love by our artisans and us, to ensure our customers can get the best of style and utility
- We also ensure we provide pictures of the products across multiple angles to give you the best idea of the product
- Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched via our courier partners
All this is done to empower you to make the most educated decision before purchasing since we don’t encourage returns or cancellation requests.
If our product is having a defect, kindly send us images of the defect to info@earthsongs.in within 2 days from the date of receiving the package. Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with the next steps- if this qualifies for a replacement. Note that we do not offer a return in this case. Do mention your order number in this email. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
